血液灌流联合血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭合并皮肤瘙痒的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Hemoperfusion Combined with Hemodialysis on Chronic renal Failure Complicated with Pruritus

目的对血液灌流联合血液透析在慢性肾功能衰竭合并皮肤瘙痒的治疗效果进行探讨。方法考虑研究对照需求,纳入慢性肾功能衰竭合并皮肤瘙痒患者25例参与此次研究,患者均于2016年5月至2018年5月入院治疗,并将其设为实验组,予以血液灌流以及血液透析治疗;同期纳入慢性肾功能衰竭合并皮肤瘙痒25例设为对照组,予以血液透析治疗。比较两组患者在此次治疗过程中的临床情况,并比较两组患者的治疗效果、指标改善情况。结果与对照组对比显示,实验组的皮肤瘙痒总有效率较高,差异明显(P<0.05),有统计学意义;与对照组对比显示,实验组的指标改善情况较优,差异明显(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论联合血液灌流、血液透析对慢性肾功能衰竭合并皮肤瘙痒患者实施治疗,对患者的病情以及症状表现改善有显著作用,疗效理想。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on chronic renal failure with pruritus. Methods Considering the study of control needs, 25 patients with chronic renal failure and pruritus were enrolled in the study. All patients were admitted to hospital from May 2016 to May 2018, and were enrolled in the experimental group for blood perfusion. Hemodialysis treatment; 25 cases of chronic renal failure with skin itching were included as the control group and hemodialysis was given. The clinical situation of the two groups of patients during the treatment was compared, and the treatment effect and improvement of the indicators were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the total pruritus of the experimental group was higher and the difference was significant（P〈 0.05）, which was statistically significant. Compared with the control group, the improvement of the index of the experimental group was better and the difference was obvious（P〈 0.05）, statistically significant. Conclusion Combined with blood perfusion and hemodialysis for the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure and pruritus, it has a significant effect on the patient’s condition and symptom improvement.
