分析康复新液联合葛根素注射液治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效

Analysis of Kangfuxinye Combined with Puerarin Injection in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcers

目的了解糖尿病足溃疡患者用康复新液、葛根素注射液联合治疗方案的临床价值。方法分析对象选2013年至2018年到本院接受诊治糖尿病足溃疡患者,有30例,根据患者入院时间将患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组10例,观察组20例。通过对两组糖尿病足溃疡患者资料分析后归纳联合治疗方案的可行性。结果在治疗总有效率方面,对照组为70.0%,观察组为95.0%,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者创面面积收缩率数据优于对照组,组间有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后检测患者创缘组织VEGF指标,治疗后均有改善,观察组水平数据优于对照组,组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足溃疡患者在常规西医对症治疗基础上应用康复新液、葛根素注射液能够进一步提高病情的控制效果,值得推广。

Objective To understand the clinical value of the combination of Kangfuxinye and puerarin injection in patients with diabetic foot ulcer. Methods The subjects were selected from the patients who were diagnosed and treated with diabetic foot ulcers from 2013 to 2018. There were 30 patients. According to the patient’s admission time, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, and the control group was 10 cases, 20 patients in the observation group. The feasibility of the combined treatment regimen was summarized by analyzing the data of two groups of diabetic foot ulcer patients. Results In the total effective rate of treatment, the control group was 70.0%, and the observation group was 95.0%. The difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. The wound area shrinkage data of the observation group were better than the control group. There was statistical significance（P〈 0.05）. The VEGF index of the wound tissue was detected before and after treatment. The data of the observation group were better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of Kangfuxinye and Puerarin Injection on the basis of conventional Western medicine symptomatic treatment can further improve the control effect of the disease. It is worthy of promotion.
