临河地区艾滋病流行现状及防治策略分析

Epidemiological Status and Prevention Strategies of AIDS in Linhe Area

目的探讨分析临河地区艾滋病流行现状及其防治策略。方法选择2011年5月至2016年8月临河区报告的现住址在临河的56例艾滋病者,并根据其艾滋病疫情报告信息对当前临河地区艾滋病的流行现状与防治对策展开研究。结果通过调研分析可得,临河区艾滋病感染者发病年龄多集中在20~30岁的青壮年,从2014年起传播途径主要以性接触传播为主,发病年龄趋向20~30岁的青年,感染者年龄仍然以年轻人为主。结论当前在我区性接触传播人群是我们当前艾滋病干预工作的重点。尤其要加强暗娼人群和男男性行为人群的高危行为干预工作,从而加大对艾滋病的防治力度,提高艾滋病防治效果。

Objective To analyze the current status of AIDS epidemic in Linhe area and its prevention and treatment strategies. Methods A total of 56 AIDS patients with a current address in Linhe District from May 2011 to August 2016 were selected. According to the AIDS epidemic report, the current status and prevention strategies of AIDS in the Linhe area were studied. Results According to the investigation and analysis, the age of onset of HIV infection in Linhe District is mostly concentrated in young adults aged 20 to 30 years old. From 2014, the main route of transmission is mainly sexual contact transmission, and the age of onset tends to be around 20~30 years old. Young people, the age of infected people is still dominated by young people. Conclusion The current sexual contact population in our district is the focus of our current AIDS intervention work. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen the high-risk behavioral interventions of the sex workers and men who have sex with men, thereby increasing the prevention and treatment of AIDS and improving the effectiveness of AIDS prevention and treatment.
