F6/7.5输尿管镜联合双管扩张法在处理输尿管结石合并狭窄患者中的疗效观察

目的 探讨F6/7.5输尿管镜联合双管扩张法在处理输尿管结石合并结石远段输尿管狭窄患者中的安全性和有效性.方法 回顾性分析2012年1月至2016年12月期间本院1 12例输尿管结石合并结石远段输尿管狭窄患者使用F6/7.5输尿管镜联合双管扩张法行钬激光碎石术的临床资料及治疗效果.结果 所有患者均顺利完成手术,平均手术时间为（38.7±4.3）min,一次性碎石成功率达95.5％（107/112）.结论 使用F6/7.5输尿管镜联合双管扩张法可以大大提高输尿管结石合并远段狭窄患者的手术成功率,具有安全、可靠、操作简单等优点,值得临床推广.

 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of using F6/7.5 ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy combined the method of double tube expansion in the management of ureteral calculi combined with distal ureteral stricture.Methods The clinical data and treatment effect of 112 cases from January 2012 to December 2016 with ureteral calculi combined with distal ureteral stricture using F6/7.5 ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy combined the method of double tube expansion were retrospectively analysed.Results All patients were successfully completed surgery.The average operation time was （38.7 ± 4.3） min.The success rate of holmium laser lithotripsy by one time was 95.5% （107/112）.Conclusions In the management of ureteral calculi combined with distal ureteral stricture using F6/7.5 ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy combined the method of double tube expansion is safe and effective.This technology is worthy of clinical promotion.
