滥用氯胺酮导致膀胱功能障碍患者膀胱组织中COX-2的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究COX-2在滥用氯胺酮导致膀胱功能障碍患者膀胱组织中的表达及其临床意义,讨论COX-2在滥用氯胺酮引起膀胱功能障碍中的作用。方法采用蛋白免疫印迹实验(Western blot)检测30例滥用氯胺酮引起膀胱功能障碍患者和30例正常膀胱组织中COX-2的表达情况,利用柯达凝胶图像处理系统分析目标分子带的净光密度值,比较两组间COX-2表达的差异并进行统计学分析。结果实验组COX-2表达与对照组比较明显增强(P〈0.01)。结论滥用氯胺酮引起膀胱功能障碍患者膀胱组织中COX02表达显著增强,提示COX-2可能在滥用氯胺酮导致膀胱功能障碍中发挥关键作用。 Objective To evaluate the expression of COX-2 in ketamine induced bladder dys- function, and discuss its clinical significance. Methods The expression of COX-2 in 30 eases of normal bladder and 30 cases of ketamine induced bladder dysfunction was detected by Western blot assay. The net optical density of the target molecular band were acquired by using Kodak gel image pro- cessing system and the difference of COX-2 expression between the two groups was compared. Results The expression of COX-2 was low in the normal group, which was significantly increased in the case group and the level of the expression of COX-2 was statically significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ) between the two groups. Conclusions The expression of COX-2 is significantly increased in the bladder tissue of the patient with abuse of katamine induced bladder dysfunction. These data indicate that the COX-2 may play a key role in cases of ketamine induced bladder dysfunction.
