摘要
继精准医学之后,精准护理作为一种新兴的护理方法逐渐被用于临床实践。新生儿作为一个特殊群体,他们对疼痛的感知比年长儿和成年人更强烈、持久,因此对新生儿进行精准护理十分必要。文章归纳总结了新生儿疼痛的来源及其引起的不良影响,探讨了精准护理模式下新生儿疼痛评估的时机与方法及其干预措施,并对未来新生儿疼痛的管理做出了展望。综上所述,本文可为今后开展精准护理应用于新生儿疼痛的管理提供参考。
After precise medicine, precise nursing has been applied to clinical practice gradually as a new nursing method. As a special group, newborns have stronger and longer pain perception than elder children and adults, it is essential to carry out precise nursing for newborns. The article induces and summarizes origin of neonatal pains and adverse effects, discusses assessment timing, methods and intervention measures of neonatal pain under precise nursing mode, and makes prospect for neonatal pain management in the future. To sum up, the article can provide reference for future application of precise nursing for management of neonatal pains.
