指背筋膜蒂皮瓣修复手指皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Dorsal Fasciocutaneous Flap Repairation in Treatment of Soft Tissue Defect of Finger Skin

目的探讨手指皮肤软组织缺损采用指背筋膜蒂皮瓣修复的临床效果。方法随机抽取2015年1月至2016年1月本院收治的56例手指皮肤软组织缺损患者,所有患者均经临床检查,确诊为手指皮肤软组织缺损,并知情同意。将56例患者按照随机数字表法分为实验组(指背筋膜蒂皮瓣修复)与对照组(皮肤创面常规植皮术)。治疗后随访12个月,对比两组治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗优良率为89.3%(25/28),明显高于对照组的71.4%(20/28),结果有显著性差异(P<0.05);实验组屈伸功能、耐磨程度、手指感觉恢复、外形美观均优于对照组,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05);实验组住院时间、并发症均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手指皮肤软组织缺损采用指背筋膜蒂皮瓣修复治疗,能取得较好的临床效果,值得进行深入研究和推广。

Objective to investigate clinical effect of dorsal fasciocutaneous flap repair in treatment of soft tissue defect of finger skin. Methods choose 56 cases soft tissue defects of finger skin in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 randomly. All cases were diagnosed as soft tissue defects of finger skin and informed. 56 cases were divided into experimental group（dorsal fasciocutaneous flap repair） and control group（skin wound routine grafting） with random digital table method. Follow up 12 months after treatment, compare curative effects of two groups. Results excellent treatment rate of experimental group was 89.3%（25/28）, significantly higher than 71.4% of control group（20/28）. results showed significant difference（P〈0.05）. Flexion and extension function, wear-resistance degree, finger sensation recovery and appearance of experimental group was better than control group, results had significant difference（P〈0.05）. Hospitalization time of experimental group, complications were less than control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion dorsal fasciocutaneous flap repair has good effect in treatment of soft tissue defect of finger skin, which is worthy of further research and promotion.
