甲状腺功能亢进所致精神障碍的护理

Nursing of Mental Disorders Caused by Hyperthyroidism

目的研究为甲状腺功能亢进所致精神障碍患者的有效护理方法及临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月来我院进行救治的10例甲状腺功能亢进所致精神障碍的患者作为本次对比研究的观察对象,给予对照组常规的护理工作,实验组则在其基础上制定专业化、有针对性的护理措施。结果实验组患者的病情总分明显高于对照组,(P<0.05)说明实验组的障碍状态得到了有效的改善;分析患者对住院期间护理工作的满意程度,发现实验组的满意度高达100%,对照组仅为80%。结论针对甲状腺功能亢进所致精神障碍的患者实施有针对性的护理工作,有利于和谐护患关系的建立和维持,值得在临床中进一步实施,增进护理,优化护理。

Objective to study effective nursing methods and clinical effect of mental disorder patients caused by hyperthyroidism. Methods choose 10 cases mental disorder patients caused by hyperthyroidism in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 as comparative study objects, control group was treated with routine nursing, and experimental group with professional and targeted nursing measures on the basis of control group. Results total condition scores of experimental group were significantly higher than control group.（P〈0.05）. Disorder status of experimental group was improved effectively. Nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group during hospitalization was 100% and that of control group was only 80%. Conclusion targeted nursing is conducive to establishment and maintenance of harmonious relationship between nurses and mental disorders patients caused by hyperthyroidism, can improve and optimize nursing, which is worthy of further implementation in clinical practice.
