复方多粘菌素B软膏联合复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹及接触性皮炎的疗效观察

Effect Observation of Compound Polymyxin B Ointment Combined with Compound Flumetasone Ointment in Treatment of Chronic Eczema and Contact Dermatitis

目的研究分析在慢性湿疹和接触性皮炎患者中联合使用复方多粘菌素B软膏以及复方氟米松软膏的临床疗效。方法选取在本院接受治疗的慢性湿疹及接触性皮炎患者,选取时间段为2017年3月至2017年12月,病例数为134例。通过随机数字法分组,平均分成对照组和观察组各67例。对照组中患者使用复方氟米松软膏,观察组患者使用复方氟米松软膏以及复方多粘菌素B软膏。分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的总体有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后的观察组患者的皮肤面积、皮肤厚度以及皮肤硬度分数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上针对湿疹以及接触性皮炎患者采取复方氟米松软膏、复方多粘菌素B软膏联用治疗效果良好,其症状获得显著改善。

Objective to study and analyze clinical effect of compound polymyxin B ointment and compound flumetasone ointment in treatment of chronic eczema and contact dermatitis patients. Methods choose 134 cases chronic eczema and contact dermatitis patients treated in our hospital from March 2017 to December 2017. Divide them into control and observation group in average with random digital method, 67 cases in each. Control group was treated with compound flumetasone ointment, and observation group with compound flumetasone ointment and compound polymyxin B ointment. Analyze treatment effect of two groups. Results total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, skin area, thickness and hardness scores of observation group were significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion compound flumetasone ointment combined with compound polymyxin B ointment has good clinical effect in treatment of eczema and contact dermatitis patients, can improve symptoms significantly.
