退行性腰椎管狭窄症保守治疗疗效与狭窄程度相关性分析

Correlation Analysis between Conservative Treatment and Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Degree

目的将保守治疗运用在退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者的临床治疗中,分析治疗效果及疗效和狭窄程度之间的相关性。方法此文开展分析和研究的资料是2015年4月至2017年12月本医院收入治疗的30例退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者,对30例患者实施保守治疗,统计30例患者治疗之前和治疗14 d之后的VAS评分数值、JOA评分数值及疗效和狭窄程度相关性。结果患者治疗14 d之后的VAS评分数值较治疗之前对应数值明显更低,P<0.05,出现数据计算的统计学意义,患者治疗14 d之后的JOA评分数值较治疗之前对应数值明显更高,P<0.05,出现数据计算的统计学意义。结论对退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者实施保守治疗呈现良好治疗效果,患者的疗效和狭窄程度之间不存在明显相关性。

Objective to analyze curative effect of conservative treatment for degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis, and to correlation between curative effect and stenosis degree. Methods analyze and study data of 30 cases degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis patients in our hospital from April 2015 to December 2017. 30 cases were treated with conservative treatment. Carry on statistics of VAS scores, JOA scores of 30 cases before and 14 d after treatment, and correlation between curative effect and stenosis degree. Results 14 d after treatment, VAS scores were significantly lower than before, P〈0.05, data calculation showed statistical significance. JOA scores 14 d after treatment were significantly higher than before, P〈0.05, data calculation showed statistical significance. Conclusion conservative treatment has good curative effect in treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis patients, and there is no significant correlation between curative effect and stenosis degree.
