糖尿病视网膜病变的临床治疗研究

Research of Clinical Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的分析研讨糖尿病视网膜病变的临床治疗状况。方法随机从我院2013年2月至2016年8月收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者中抽取106例进行讨论,回顾分析其病历资料,依据其治疗方式分组,对照组53例接受羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,研究组53例接受羟苯磺酸钙胶囊联合血栓通治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总疗效90.57%高于对照组71.70%,组间数据差异明显(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率5.66%低于对照组7.55%,但组间数据无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论建议临床治疗糖尿病视网膜病变采用苯磺酸钙胶囊联合血栓通药物,疗效突出,视力改变明显,值得应用。

Objective to analyze clinical treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods choose 106 cases of diabetic retinopathy patients from February 2013 to August 2016 in our hospital randomly for discussion, reviewe and analyze their medical records. According to treatment methods, divide them into two groups, 53 cases in control group were treated with calcium dobesilate capsules, and 53 cases in study group with calcium dobesilate capsules combined with Panax Notoginseng Saponins. Compare treatment effect between two groups. Results total curative effect of study group was 90.57%, higher than 71.70% of control group, difference was significant between two groups（P〈0.05）. Total adverse reactions incidence of study group was 5.66%, lower than 7.55% of control group, data showed no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion it is suggested diabetic retinopathy was treated with calcium sulphonate capsules combined with Panax Notoginseng Saponins, which has significant effect and worthy of application.
