分层管理在内科护理工作中的应用

Application of Stratified Management in Internal Medical Nursing Work

目的将分层管理运用在内科护理工作中,得出分层管理在内科护理工作中的具体作用。方法随机选择2017年1月至2017年6月在我院内科进行治疗的患者100例为对照组,选择2017年7月至2017年12月在我院内科进行治疗的患者100例为实验组。对照组的采用常规的护理方式,实验组采用分层管理的内科护理管理方式,对两组的意外事件发生率、护理差错事件率、护理不良反应发生率以及患者的满意度进行对比分析和调查。结果实验组的意外事件发生率、护理差错事件率、护理不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组,实验组的患者满意度明显高于对照组。结论通过在内科护理工作中使用分层管理的方法,能够明显提升对患者护理的安全水平,而且护理的质量明显提升,患者的满意度显著提高。

Objective to apply stratified management for internal medical nursing, and achieve specific function of stratified management in internal medical nursing. Methods choose 100 cases internal medicine patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2017 randomly as control group, and 100 cases from July 2017 to December 2017 as experimental group. Control group was treated with routine nursing mode, and experimental group with stratified management nursing mode of internal medicine. Analyze and investigate accident incidence, nursing error incidence, adverse nursing reaction incidence and patient＇s satisfaction of two groups. Results accident incidence, nursing error incidence and adverse nursing reactions incidence of experimental group was significantly lower than control group, patient＇s satisfaction of experimental group was significantly higher than control group. Conclusion stratified management method can improve nursing safety level, nursing quality and satisfaction degree of patients obviously in internal medical nursing work.
