音乐护理对肝癌二次介入患者VDS及VAS评分的影响

目的探讨音乐护理对肝癌二次介入患者VDS及VAS评分的影响。方法选取肝癌二次介入患者224例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在此基础上予以音乐护理。对比两组VDS、VAS评分及SAS、SDS评分。结果两组术前的VDS、VAS评分无差异(P>0.05),术后的VDS、VAS评分较术前升高,两组术后的VDS、VAS评分有差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前的SAS、SDS评分无差异(P>0.05),干预后的SAS、SDS评分较治疗前升高,观察组较对照组升高明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论音乐护理可显著改善患者舒适度,降低疼痛水平,值得推广。

Objective to explore the effect of music nursing on VDS and VAS score of patients with secondary liver cancer. Methods 224 patients with secondary liver cancer were selected as study subjects, randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine care, and the observation group received music care on this basis.VDS, VAS and SAS and SDS scores were compared between the two groups. Results there was no difference in the scores of VDS and VAS between the two groups before surgery（P〉0.05）. The scores of VDS and VAS after surgery were higher than those before surgery. The postoperative VDS and VAS scores of the two groups were different, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no difference in SAS and SDS scores before intervention between the two groups（P〉0.05）. SAS and SDS scores after intervention were higher than those before treatment, while those of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion music nursing can significantly improve patient comfort and reduce pain level.
