再障儿骨髓间充质干细胞体外造血支持作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨再障儿骨髓间充质干细胞体外造血支持作用。方法选择我院收治的17例再障儿进行研究,另选取5例健康成人为对照组,抽取受试者骨髓液进行间充质干细胞的抽取、培养及扩增,分析实验结果。结果研究组与对照组骨髓间充质干细胞的细胞形态学表现及免疫表型无明显区别,研究组传代一般在15代以内,对照组可传代至20代以上;研究组骨髓间充质干细胞对淋巴细胞增殖的抑制效应弱于对照组;研究组间充质干细胞体外造血支持作用低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论再障儿与健康者的骨髓间充质干细胞的生物学特性差异不显著,而前者对脐血淋巴细胞转化的抑制效应和体外造血支持作用低于后者。 Objective to explore the in vitro hematopoietic support effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in children with aplastic anemia. Methods 17 children with aplastic anemia admitted to our hospital were selected for the study, and 5 healthy adults were selected as the control group. Results there was no significant difference in the morphological expression and immunophenotype of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells between the study group and the control group. The inhibition effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells on lymphocyte proliferation was weaker than that of the control group. In vitro hematopoietic support of mesenchymal stem cells was lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion there is no significant difference in the biological characteristics of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells between healthy and disabled children.
