血清GP73、AFP和AFP-L3联合检测对原发性肝癌诊断的价值分析

目的探讨血清GP73、AFP和AFP-L3联合检测对原发性肝癌诊断的价值。方法随机选择本院于2015年11月至2017年11月期间本院收治的原发性肝癌患者42例进行研究,另选择同时间段本院接收的健康体检者42例和良性肝病组42例作为资料,均行血清GP73、AFP和AFP-L3联合检测,比较两组各指标水平,评价联合检测准确率。结果肝癌患者GP73、AFP和AFP-L3均显著高于良性肝病和健康体检者,P<0.05。联合检测阳性率为95.24%,显著够单独GP73阳性率76.19%、单独AFP阳性率61.90%、单独AFP-L3阳性率52.3%,P<0.05。结论血清GP73、AFP和AFP-L3可作为诊断原发性肝癌的有效指标,且联合检测利于进一步保证准确率,应用价值较高。

Objectives To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum GP73, AFP and afp-l3 in primary liver cancer. Methods 42 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were randomly selected for the study. In addition, 42 patients with healthy medical examination received in the same time period and 42 cases of benign liver disease were selected as data, and the serum GP73, AFP and AFP-L3 were combined to detect, compare two groups of indicators, and evaluate the accuracy of joint detection. Results GP73, AFP and afp-l3 were significantly higher in patients with liver cancer than those with benign liver disease and health examination, P 〈 0.05. The combined positive rate was 95.24%, which was significant enough for GP73 alone at 76.19%, AFP alone at 61.90%, afp-l3 alone at 52.3%, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Serum GP73, AFP and afp-l3 can be used as effective indicators for the diagnosis of primary liver cancer, and combined detection can further ensure the accuracy and high application value.
