摘要
目的探讨护理部实施护士长带班制在病区护理管理中的应用。方法在护理部实施护士长带班制度,通过护士长带班制度发现病区护理管理中存在的问题,并予以相应的改正措施。结果护士长带班制度实施1年后,危重病人转ICU人数,护理纠纷等不良事件的发生比例,新护理制度与护理流程的贯彻、落实、执行率,护理人员的主动学习能力、意识程度,病人出院回访满意率均得到了良好的改善,且显著优于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在病区护理管理中,护理部实施护士长带班制度不仅能有效地提升护理质量和护理安全,还能有效地降低不良护理事件的发生和优化护理工作流程。
Objective To explore the application of head nurses with shifts in nursing care management in wards. Methods In the Nursing Department, the head nurse’s bringing-in-job system was implemented. Through the head nurse system, the problems in ward care management were discovered and corresponding corrective measures were taken. Results 1 year after the implementation of the head nurse system, the incidence of adverse events such as the number of critically ill patients transferred to ICUs, nursing disputes, the implementation, implementation and implementation rate of the new nursing system and nursing procedures, the active learning ability of nurses, and the degree of consciousness, the patient satisfaction rate after returning from hospital were all improved, and it was significantly better than before(P〈 0.05). Conclusion In the ward care management, the implementation of the head nurse system for the nursing department not only can effectively improve the quality of care and nursing safety, but also can effectively reduce the occurrence of poor nursing events and optimize the nursing workflow.
