摘要
目的分析研讨64排螺旋CT在冠状动脉CT血管成像检查中的应用效果。方法随机从我院2015年12月至2018年6月收治的冠心病患者中抽取120例进行回顾分析,患者均接受64排螺旋CT冠状动脉CT血管成像检查,所得数据均输入至工作站进行处理,用最佳图像质量时曲面重建、最大投影密度、容积再现等,分析评价患者冠状动脉血管。结果 120例患者均接受64排螺旋CT冠脉CT血管成像检查,其中2例因心率>70次/min,1例屏气不佳而造成冠状动脉分支和主干显示不清,存在阶梯性变形,影响临床诊断。1例患者因检查过程中造影剂渗出,导致冠状动脉造影剂量低。另外,116例患者均顺利接受检查,给予图像重建处理后,可清晰显示出冠状动脉分支和主干,图像质量高。120例患者中共53例患者无典型异常,5例支架术后发生变化。另外,62例重建图像显示出程度不同冠状动脉软斑块、管壁钙化、狭窄、硬化等变化。结论建议实施冠状动脉CT血管成像检查时采用64排螺旋CT精心检查,具有可靠、安全、快速、无创等优势,并可将冠脉解剖变异部位显示出,临床可将其列为评估冠状动脉疾病治疗状况、诊断、筛查的首选方式之一。
Objective To analyze the application of 64-slice spiral CT in coronary artery CT angiography. Methods 120 cases of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT coronary CT angiography. All the data were input to the workstation. Processing, analysis and evaluation of coronary artery in patients with optimal image quality, surface reconstruction, maximum projection density, volume reproduction, etc. Results All 120 patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT coronary CT angiography, of which 2 cases had a heart rate of 〉70 beats/min, and 1 had poor breathhold and caused unclear branching and trunk of the coronary arteries. Affect clinical diagnosis. One patient had a low dose of coronary angiography due to leakage of contrast agent during the examination. In addition, all 116 patients were examined successfully. After reconstruction, the coronary artery branches and trunk were clearly displayed and the image quality was high. There were no typical abnormalities in 53 cases of 120 patients, and 5 cases had changes after stenting. In addition, 62 cases of reconstructed images showed varying degrees of coronary arterial plaque, wall calcification, stenosis, and hardening. Conclusion It is recommended to perform coronary CT angiography examination with 64-slice spiral CT examination, which is reliable, safe, rapid, non-invasive, etc., and can show the anatomical variations of coronary artery, which can be classified as coronary artery in clinical practice. One of the preferred methods for disease treatment, diagnosis, and screening.
