观察研究低位水囊引产在孕晚期引产中的临床效果

Observe and Study the Clinical Effect of Induction of Low Water Bladder in Induction of Labor in Third Trimester

目的观察研究低位水囊引产在孕晚期引产中的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月至2018年3月我院接收的68例孕晚期引产产妇,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各34例,对照组采用催产素引产,观察组采用催产素联合低位水囊引产,对比两种方式的临床效果。结果 (1)两组产妇引产效果比较:两观察组引产总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)两组产妇引产相关临床指标情况:观察组产妇宫缩时间、产程、出血量等均短于对照组,宫颈Bis Shop评分高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)两组产妇并发症发生率比较:观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对产妇孕晚期引产采用低位水囊引产具有良好的效果,其能有效的提高引产成功率,降低并发症的发生,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To observe and study the clinical effect of low hydrocystic induction in late pregnancy induced abortion. Methods From February 2016 to March 2018 from receiving the 68 cases of late pregnancy induced labor women, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group, 34 cases in the control group using oxytocin induced labor, observation group using oxytocin induced labor combined low water sac, compared the clinical effect of two kinds of ways; Results（1）Comparison of the induced labor effect between the two groups： the total effective rate of induced labor in the two observation groups was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）;（2）Clinical indicators related to puerperae induction in the two groups： the duration, duration and amount of bleeding in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the cervical Bis Shop score was higher than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）;（3）Comparison of the incidence of maternal complications between the two groups： the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion It has a good effect on the late pregnancy induced labor of parturients, and it can effectively improve the success rate of induced labor and reduce the occurrence of complications, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
