分析新型经皮扩张气管切开术在重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨新型经皮扩张气管切开术在重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用。方法将2015年3月至2017年12月作为本次研究时间段,在该时间段内选择接受治疗干预的32例符合本次研究标准的重症颅脑损伤患者作为本次研究案例。根据随机数字法将32例患者划分为A、B、C三组。C组采取传统外科气管切开术。B组患者采取常规经皮扩张气管切开术。A组患者采取新型经皮扩张气管切开术。统计并对比三组患者的手术情况以及并发症发生率。结果 A组与B组在手术时间、切口长度、出血量、手术费用、并发症发生率相对于C组存在明显优势,数据差异达到统计学标准(P<0.05);A组患者的手术费用、并发症发生率显著优于B组,数据差异显著,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规经皮扩张气管切开术与新型经皮扩张气管切开术均具备微创与快速的临床特征,手术时间优势均较为明显,但是出于医疗成本以及临床安全性的考虑,新型经皮扩张气管切开术的临床价值更加突出,值得推广普及。 Objective To explore the application of new percutaneous dilatation tracheostomy in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Method From March 2015 to December 2017, 32 cases of severe craniocerebral injury who were treated with treatment intervention were selected as the study case. According to the random number method, 32 patients were divided into three groups: A, B and C. The traditional surgical tracheotomy was performed in group C. Group B was treated with routine percutaneous dilatation tracheostomy. Patients in group A underwent new percutaneous dilatation tracheostomy. The operation and incidence of complications between the three groups were statistically analyzed. Result In group A and group B, the operation time, the length of the incision, the amount of bleeding, the cost of operation and the incidence of complications were superior to that of the C group. The difference of data reached the standard of Statistics(P〈 0.05); the operation cost and the incidence of complications in the A group were significantly better than those in the B group, and the difference of the data was significant(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The clinical value of the new percutaneous dilatation tracheotomy is more prominent and worthy of popularization for the consideration of medical cost and clinical safety.
