重症心力衰竭急诊内科治疗护理干预体会

Severe Heart Failure Emergency Medical Treatment Nursing Intervention Experience

目的分析重症心力衰竭急诊内科治疗护理干预方法及干预效果。方法根据收治顺序分为常规组(前44例)和全面组(后45例),分别施加急诊内科常规护理干预、全面护理干预,观察比较两组患者临床疗效和干预后生活质量。结果常规组患者、全面组患者治疗总有效率分别为79.55%、95.56%,全面组患者治疗总有效率高于常规患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,全面组患者情感功能评分、生理功能评分、社会功能评分、物质生活评分,均高于常规组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊内科治疗重症心力衰竭患者施加全面护理干预,能有效提高护理效果,改善患者生活质量,促进患者康复。

Objective To analyze nursing intervention methods and intervention effects in emergency medical treatment of severe heart failure. Methods According to the order of treatment, they were divided into routine group（the first 44 cases） and the comprehensive group（the latter 45 cases）, the emergency internal medicine routine nursing interventions and comprehensive nursing interventions were separately applied to observe and compare the clinical efficacy and quality of life after intervention. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the conventional group and the comprehensive group was 79.55% and 95.56%, respectively. The total effective rate of the overall group was higher than that of the conventional group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）; After the intervention, the full group Patients’ emotional function scores, physiological function scores 、social function scoresand material life scores, which were higher than the conventional group. In patients, the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention to emergency heart disease patients with severe heart failure can effectively improve the nursing effect, improve the quality of life of patients, and promote the recovery of patients.
