自拟蛇床子散治疗产后会阴水肿塌渍疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Self Made Fructus Cnidii Powder for Treating Postpartum and Edema of Perineal

目的探讨自拟蛇床子散治疗产后会阴水肿塌渍临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2018年6月我院收治的32例产后会阴水肿塌渍患者为研究对象,参照患者自愿原则分为实验组(n=22)和对照组(n=10),对照组实施常规方式治疗,实验组给予自拟蛇床子散结合塌渍疗法进行治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果两组产妇未出现无效治疗病例,总有效率均为100.00%,但实验组治疗痊愈率明显高于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论将自拟蛇床子散结合中医塌渍疗法对产后会阴水肿进行治疗可以提高临床治疗效果,促进患者恢复。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of self made Fructus Cnidii powder in treating postpartum edema and edema. Methods From March 2017 to June 2018, 32 cases of postpartum edema due to perineal edema were selected as research subjects. According to the voluntary principle, the patients were divided into the experimental group（n =22） and the control group（n =10）. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. The experimental group was treated with self made Fructus Cnidii powder combined with collapse therapy, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The two groups of parturients had no invalid treatment cases, the total effective rate was 100.00%, but the rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Self made Cnidium powder combined with traditional Chinese medicine collapse therapy for postpartum perineal edema can improve the clinical therapeutic effect and promote the recovery of patients.
