关节镜下清理术治疗膝关节骨关节疼痛的临床效果观察

Arthroscopic Debridement for the Treatment of Knee Joint Pain

目的探讨关节镜下清理术治疗膝关节骨关节疼痛的临床效果观察。方法本研究选取我院收治的82例膝关节骨关节炎疼痛患者,采取随机数字表法均分为两组,采用常规药物治疗的41例作为对照组,采用关节镜下清理术的41例作为观察组。比较VAS疼痛模拟评分等。结果观察组患者疼痛模拟评分改善情况明显优于对照组患者,对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下清理术治疗膝关节骨关节炎可有效缓解疼痛,手术效果较佳,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic debridement in the treatment of knee joint pain. Methods 82 knee osteoarthritic pain patients admitted to our hospital from were selected and randomly divided into two groups by random number table method. 41 patients treated with conventional drugs were used as controls. In the group, 41 patients underwent arthroscopic debridement as the observation group. Compare VAS pain simulation scores. Results The improvement of pain simulation scores in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement for knee osteoarthritis is effective in relieving pain and has better surgical results., worthy of clinical promotion.
