院外延续护理对脑梗塞患者家庭治疗依从情况的影响

Influence of Continuance Nursing on Family Compliance of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的对院外延续护理在脑梗塞患者家庭治疗依从情况中的影响进行探讨。方法取160例脑梗塞患者参与此次研究,患者均于2017年4月至2018年4月入院进行治疗。随机均等分组,对照组实施常规护理,患者共80例;实验组实施院外延续护理,患者共80例。观察两组患者的护理情况,比较两组患者的护理依从情况以及护理满意度。结果实验组的饮食控制依从情况、运动治疗依从情况、药物治疗依从情况以及再次住院依从情况优于对照组,数据差异明显,P<0.05,有统计学意义;实验组的护理满意度高于对照组,数据差异明显,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论对脑梗塞患者实施院外延续护理,可有效提高患者的家庭治疗依从情况以及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of continuation of care outside the hospital on family therapy compliance in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 160 patients with cerebral infarction participated in the study. All patients were admitted to hospital from April 2017 to April 2018. Randomized patients were equally divided into groups. The control group was treated with routine care. A total of 80 patients were included. The experimental group was treated with extended care outside the hospital. A total of 80 patients were enrolled. Observe the nursing status of the two groups of patients and compare the nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results The diet control compliance, exercise therapy compliance, drug treatment compliance and rehospitalization compliance in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. The data were significantly different（P〈 0.05）. The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. In the control group, the data was significantly different, P〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion The implementation of out-of-hospital continuation care in patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the patient’s family therapy compliance and nursing satisfaction.
