舒适护理在腹膜透析护理中的应用

Application of Comfort Care in Peritoneal Dialysis Nursing

目的探讨与分析舒适护理在腹膜透析护理中的应用价值。方法随机抽取120例慢性肾衰竭腹膜透析患者,将其按照入院顺序进行奇偶排序,60例奇数患者作为观察组,接受舒适护理,60例偶数患者作为对照组,接受常规护理。对比两组患者护理前后生活质量评分,并观察两组患者护理后并发症发生情况。结果观察组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组,且总并发症发生率低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在慢性肾衰竭腹膜透析患者临床护理中的应用价值较高,极大地提高了患者的生活质量,并降低了患者并发症的发生几率,改善了患者的预后,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To explore and analyze the value of comfort nursing in peritoneal dialysis nursing. Methods 120 patients were randomly selected, and they were sorted by odd and even according to the order of admission. 60 patients with odd numbers were treated as observation group and accepted comfort care, 60 evennumbered patients served as controls and received routine care. The quality of life scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups of patients, and the occurrence of post-care complications in both groups was observed. Results The quality of life quality of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group, and the total complication rate was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing has a higher application value in clinical care of patients with chronic renal failure peritoneal dialysis, which greatly improves the quality of life of patients, reduces the incidence of patient complications, improves the prognosis of patients, and it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
