数字化病案管理系统在病案管理中的应用效果分析

目的探讨数字化病案管理系统在病案管理中的应用效果以及应用价值。方法本次研究随机选取2017年1月至2017年12月我院保存的2984份纸质病案作为2017年度病案采取数字化病案管理系统进行管理。选取2013年1月至2013年12月我院保存的3170份纸质病案作为2013年度病案采取传统病案管理。统计不同方式管理效果。结果 2017年度取数字化病案管理系统归档错漏率、病案管理工作满意度明显优于2013年度传统病案管理,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字化病案管理系统有效提升了医院各科室工作人员的满意度、改善病案错漏等问题,值得医院现代化病案管理推广和广泛应用。

Objective To explore the application effect and application value of digital medical record management system in medical record management. Methods This study randomly selected 2984 cases of paper medical records kept in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 as a medical record of 2017, and took the management system of digital medical records for management. From January 2013 to December 2013, 3170 medical records kept in our hospital were selected as the traditional medical records management in 2013. Statistics of different ways of management effect. Results In 2017, the error rate of the digital medical record management system and the satisfaction of the medical record management were obviously better than the traditional medical records management in 2013. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The digital medical record management system has effectively improved the satisfaction of staff members in various departments of the hospital and improved the errors and omissions of medical records. It is worthy of promotion and extensive application of the hospital＇s modern medical record management.
