研究西药房高危药品管理问题及对策

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of High Risk Drug Administration in Western Pharmacy

目的探讨西药房高危药品管理中存在的问题,并针对性提出解决对策进行干预。方法从本院2017年2月至2018年2月西药房药品管理人员以及高危药品中,随机抽取9例药物管理人员与64种高危药品作为研究对象,分析高危药品管理中存在的问题,并提出对策进行管理干预。对比干预前后高危药品不良事件发生情况。结果警示牌不合格、摆放错误是导致高危药品不良事件的主要原因,干预后高危药品不良事件发生率显著低于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对西药房高危药品进行管理干预能够有效降低高危药品不良事件的发生几率,提高临床治疗的安全性。

Objective To explore the existing problems in the management of high-risk medicines in western pharmacies and to propose countermeasures for intervention. Methods 9 drug managers and 64 high-risk drugs were randomly selected from the drug managers and high-risk drugs in the Western pharmacy from February 2017 to February 2018 in this hospital as subjects to analyze the problems in high-risk drug management. And propose countermeasures for management intervention. The incidence of high-risk drug adverse events before and after the intervention was compared. Results The failure of warning signs and wrong placement were the main causes of high-risk drug adverse events. The incidence of high-risk drug adverse events after intervention was significantly lower than before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The management intervention of high-risk drugs in western pharmacy can effectively reduce the occurrence of high-risk drug adverse events and improve the safety of clinical treatment.
