经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Abdominal Myomectomy by Abdominal Myomectomy

目的在子宫肌瘤的手术治疗中,对患者开展经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,并分析其疗效。方法 2016年2月至2018年2月,我院每年均收治子宫肌瘤患者18例,研究患者36例,根据治疗方法的不同将分成两组进行研究,即对照组与探究组,各18例,前一组子宫肌瘤患者开展传统开腹子宫肌瘤切除手术治疗,而探究组患者行经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗。治疗后,对比两组患者的治疗效果、手术指标情况及其术后情况等。结果在手术时间、排气时间等的手术指标情况的对比上,探究组患者相对较好。在住院时间、治疗费用等术后情况对比上,探究组患者的情况同样较好。在治疗效果上,探究组的有效率较高P<0.05。结论采用不同的手术治疗方法对子宫肌瘤患者开展子宫肌瘤剔除术,有着不同的优点与缺点,而经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的操作相对简单,且患者手术创伤口相对较小,恢复较快,且费用较低,因而适合在基层医院推广。

Objective In the surgical treatment of uterine fibroids, patients undergoing abdominal myomeetomy are treated and their efficacy is analyzed. Methods From February 2016 to February 2018, 18 cases of uterine myoma were treated in our hospital each year, and 36 cases were studied. According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups, that is, the control group and the inquiry group, each of the 18 cases. The previous group of patients with uterine fibroids performed traditional open myomectomy, while the patients in the exploratory group underwent abdominal myomeetomy. After treatment, the therapeutic effect, operative index and postoperative condition of the two groups were compared. Results In terms of operative time and exhaust time, the patients in the study group were relatively better. In the comparison of postoperative hospitalization time and treatment cost, the patients in the study group were also in good condition. In the treatment effect, the effective rate of the research group is higher than P〈0.05. Conclusion Different surgical methods have different advantages and disadvantages to uterine myomectomy, and the operation of hysteromyomectomy by abdominal myomectomy will be simple, and the operation of the patients is relatively small, the recovery is faster, and the cost is low, so it is suitable to be popularized in the grass-roots hospital.
