Objective To analyze the clinical application value of moxibustion in limb rehabilitation of stroke sequelae. Methods 60 patients with hemiplegia after stroke treated in our department of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as observation subjects, they were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of admission, 30 cases in each group, of which the control group was given routine treatment by western medicine, while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion on the basis of the control group. After the end of treatment, the limb function and neurological function of the two groups were analyzed. Results In terms of clinical treatment effects, the clinical effective rate of the observation group was 86.7%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (53.3%). The clinical differences were significant and had statistical significance (P〈0.05). In terms of recovery of limb function, the observation group was also significantly better than the control group. In the neurological deficit, the score in the observation group after treatment was (3.41±0.43), which was significantly better than that in the control group (5.59±1.23). Conclusion Moxibustion can be effective Improve the clinical treatment effect, correct the neurological deficit in patients with stroke sequelae, promote the recovery of limb function, and help improve the quality of life of patients.
