分析无张力疝修补术治疗疝气的临床效果

Analysis of Clinical Effects of Tension-free Hernia Repair for Hernia

目的探讨和分析无张力疝修补术治疗疝气的临床效果。方法追溯分析所在科室收治的行无张力疝修补术治疗的疝气患者60例,按手术选择与临床治疗方式的不同将其分成甲组和乙组,每组30例;甲组行无张力疝修补术治疗,乙组行传统修补术治疗;比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后甲组愈显率、总有效率分别为86.67%、96.67%,乙组为73.33%、80.00%,手术时间、术中出血、切口疼痛、术后下地时间等临床指标甲组均优于乙组(P<0.05)。结论无张力疝修补术在疝气治疗中效果极佳,有良好的应用价值与推广价值。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effects of tension-free hernia repair on hernia. Methods 60 cases of hernia treated with tension free herniorrhaphy treated in the Department of retroactive analysis were divided into group A and group B according to the difference between the choice of operation and the clinical treatment, 30 cases in each group; group A tension-free hernia repair, group B were treated with traditional repair; compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results The effective rate and total effective rate of group A were 86.67% and 96.67% after treatment, and 73.33% and 80.00% respectively in group B. The clinical indicators such as operation time, intraoperative bleeding, incision pain, and postoperative hypoplasia were compared. The group was better than the group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tension-free hernioplasty has excellent results in hernia treatment and has good application value and promotion value.
