氯吡格雷在冠心病患者中的应用及对药物不良反应发生率的影响研究

近年来,由于社会的不断发展,人们饮食习惯及生活方式也逐渐发生转变,心理压力和工作压力不断增长,导致冠心病患者逐年呈上升的趋势。冠心病具有高发病率、高致残率以及高死亡率,相关文献报道,高血压对冠心病的发病有着关键作用,提示临床治疗中应以控制患者血压、血脂水平为原则。随着我国医疗事业的不断发展,医学上对于冠心病的研究也逐渐深入,加大了人们对于冠心病发病机制、预防方法、治疗措施等知识的了解。对于冠心病患者来说,及时发现、诊断和治疗,能够有效地提高患者的生存概率,改善患者的预后。目前临床上主要通过药物治疗冠心病,本研究主要分析近年来氯吡格雷等药物治疗冠心病的效果及安全性,力求为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。

In recent years, because of the continuous development of society, people＇s eating habits and lifestyle have gradually changed, psychological pressure and work pressure are increasing, leading to the trend of patients with coronary heart disease year by year. Coronary heart disease has high morbidity, high disability rate and high mortality. Related literature reports that hypertension plays a key role in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease. It is suggested that the principle of controlling the blood pressure and blood lipid level should be used in the clinical treatment. With the continuous development of medical service in China, medical research on coronary heart disease has gradually deepened, increasing people＇s knowledge about the pathogenesis, prevention methods and treatment measures of coronary heart disease. For patients with coronary heart disease, timely detection, diagnosis and treatment can effectively improve the survival rate of patients and improve the prognosis of patients. At present, drugs are mainly used in the treatment of coronary heart disease. This study mainly analyzes the effect and safety of clopidogrel on coronary heart disease in recent years, and strives to provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
