全程优质护理服务对慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗的影响

The Effect of Full-scale High-quality Nursing Service on the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

目的研讨慢性乙型肝炎患者接受全程优质护理服务指导的临床价值。方法本实验抽选2017年1月至12月在我院诊疗的240例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为观察对象,入选患者均接受全程优质护理服务,包括入院接待、消毒隔离、情绪安抚、生活指导及出院指导等,同时评估患者的临床疗效与不同施护阶段的情绪状况。结果本组240例患者经护理后,214例患者的乙肝病情得到明显的控制,总有效率达到89.2%(214/240)。施护后,患者的情绪量表(SAS与SDS)评估值相比施护前均显著降低,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性乙型肝炎患者施以全程优质护理指导是一种可行辅助方案,能够提升临床疗效,减轻患者的情绪负担,值得推荐。

Objective To study the clinical value of guidance for patients with chronic hepatitis B who received full quality care services. Methods In this experiment, 240 patients with chronic hepatitis B who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January to December in 2017 were selected as observation objects. All selected patients received full-scale high-quality nursing services, including admission to the hospital, disinfection, isolation, emotional appeasement, and life guidance. And discharge guidance, etc., while assessing the patient＇s clinical efficacy and emotional status at different stages of care. Results In this group, 240 patients were treated with nursing, and 214 patients were obviously controlled. The total effective rate was 89.2% （214/240）. After nursing, the patients＇ emotional scale （SAS and SDS） were significantly lower than those before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of high quality nursing guidance to patients with chronic hepatitis B is a feasible supplementary program that can improve clinical efficacy and reduce the emotional burden of patients. It is worthy of recommendation.
