观察指针缪刺配合关节活动治疗粘连期肩周炎的临床疗效

Observe the Clinical Efficacy of Acupuncture Combined with Joint Activities in the Treatment of Adhesion Period Frozen Shoulder

目的将指针缪刺配合关节活动用于粘连期肩周炎患者治疗中,对其临床疗效进行评价。方法对我院收治的120例粘连期肩周炎患者分组研究,参照组行常规针刺治疗,研究组使用指针缪刺配合关节活动治疗,对两组治疗结果进行评价。结果两组治疗前疼痛程度差异不大(P>0.05),治疗后两组疼痛评分均明显改善,且研究组疼痛评分与参照组相比明显更低(P<0.05);研究组总有效率为96.67%,与参照组80.00%相比明显更高(P<0.05)。结论指针缪刺配合关节活动用于粘连期肩周炎患者治疗中疗效确切,可改善患者关节疼痛症状,促进关节活动尽快恢复,提升患者生活质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of miu acupuncture combined with joint activity in the treatment of patients with periarthritis of shoulder during adhesion period. Methods Our hospital 120 cases of patients with stage adhesion periarthritis of shoulder group, control group routine acupuncture treatment, the team used a pointer Samuel, and joint activities, evaluate the result of the two groups of treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the degree of pain between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the pain scores of both groups were significantly improved, and the pain scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）; The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%, significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pointer Samuel, thorn with joints used in patients with stage adhesion periarthritis of shoulder treatment curative effect, can improve patients with symptoms of joint pain, promote the joint activity resumed as soon as possible, improve patient quality of life, worthy of clinical application.
