中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎的效果分析

Clinical Observation of Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Infantile Pneumonia

目的总结分析中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎的效果分析。方法选择2016年6月至2018年5月我院收治的80例肺炎患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组40例、对照组40例,其中对照组应用西医常规治疗,观察组在西医常规治疗基础上增加中药穴位贴敷治疗,观察两组临床症状改善情况及治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.00%明显高于对照组77.50%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发烧消失时间,咳嗽消失时间,气喘消失时间,肺部噪音消失时间均小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷在小儿肺炎的临床治疗中具有促进临床症状改善、提高疗效的应用效果,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of acupoint application of traditional Chinese Medicine in treating infantile pneumonia. Methods 80 patients with infantile pneumonia in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2018 were divided into the control group （n=40） , treated by routine treatment of Western Medicine and the observation group（n=40）, treated by acupoint application of traditional Chinese Medicine on the basis of control group. The improvement of clinical symptoms and effect of treatment of two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group （95.00%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （77.50%）, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The time of disappearance of fever, the time of disappearance of cough, the time of disappearance of asthma, and the time of disappearance of lung noise were less than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of Acupoint Application in the treatment of infantile pneumonia has the effect of promoting clinical symptoms and improving curative effect, and is worthy of popularization and application.
