火针治疗带状疱疹神经疼的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of the Effect of Fire Needle on Herpes Zoster Hernia

目的探讨火针治疗带状疱疹神经疼的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月我院收治的153例带状疱疹神经疼患者为研究对象,参照随机数字法将其分为观察组(n=75例)和对照组(n=78)例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合使用火针治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果以及疼痛程度变化。结果两组治疗后VAS评分均有所降低,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05),观察组治疗后VAS评分显著低于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在带状疱疹神经疼的治疗中使用火针可以有效的降低患者的疼痛程度,提高临床治疗效果,促进患者身体恢复。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fire needles in the treatment of neuralgia in herpes zoster. Methods A total of 153 patients with herpes zoster treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected. They were randomly divided into observation group （n=75） and control group （n=78）, the control group was treated with conventional drugs, and the observation group was treated with fire needles on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The clinical treatment effects and pain levels were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS scores of the two groups were reduced after treatment, and there was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The VAS scores in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）; The total effective rate was higher than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of pyrotechnic needle in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia can effectively reduce the pain of the patient, improve the clinical treatment effect, and promote the recovery of the patient＇s body.
