恩度使用全自动注药泵在恶性肿瘤持续静脉给药中的应用及护理

Application and Nursing of Endostar Pump in Continuous Intravenous Administration of Malignant Tumor

目的探讨恩度使用全自动注药泵在恶性肿瘤持续静脉给药中的应用及护理。方法选取我院于2016年8月至2017年8月收治的54例恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各27例。两组均使用恩度进行治疗,对照组采取传统用药方式,观察组采用全自动注药泵持续静脉用药,对比观察两组患者的不良反应发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论恩度使用全自动注药泵持续静脉用药的方式对恶性肿瘤患者进行治疗能够有效降低不良反应的发生率,并提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application and nursing of Endostar using automatic injection pump in the continuous intravenous administration of malignant tumors. Methods 54 patients with malignant tumor admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 27 eases in each group. Both groups used Endostar for treatment. The control group took the traditional way of drug use. The observation group used an automatic injection pump to continue intravenous drug use. The incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the satisfaction score in nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endostar using an automatic injection pump to treat patients with malignancy can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve patient satisfaction.
