居家护理对提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生活质量的研究进展

Research Progress of Home Nursing in Improving the Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

根据慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的疾病特点,从居家护理定义、目的、现状、程序、内容(诱发因素、营养指导、心理护理、肺的康复训练、吸氧及药物治疗)等方面进行综述,探讨适合慢性阻塞性肺疾病居家护理方案,帮助患者积极应对疾病,减少疾病复发及再入院率,提高生活质量。

According to the characteristics of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the definition,purpose,status,procedure,content（inducing factors,nutritional guidance,psychological nursing,lung rehabilitation training,oxygen inhalation and drug treatment） were reviewed to discuss the home care scheme suitable for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Help patients actively respond to diseases,reduce disease recurrence and readmission rate,improve the quality of life.
