摘要
目的对老年睡眠呼吸暂停相关性高血压的诊治经验进行总结。方法回顾性分析9例老年睡眠呼吸暂停相关性高血压的诊治经验。结果通过临床症状和体征,以及辅助检查,初步诊断9人患有OSAHS。结论老年睡眠呼吸暂停相关性高血压诊断具有一定困难,需要综合多种方法才能进行准确诊断。
Objective To summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with sleep apnea associated hypertension.Methods 9 cases of elderly patients with sleep apnea associated hypertension were analyzed retrospectively.Results 9 patients were diagnosed with OSAHS through clinical symptoms,signs and auxiliary examinations.Conclusion It is difficult to diagnose senile obstructive sleep apnea associated hypertension.
