观察海桐皮汤熏洗配合手法复位治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效

Observation on the Clinical Eefficacy of the Treatment of the Distal Radius Fractures with the Method of Fumigation with Haitongpi Decoction and Manipulative Reduction

目的探究海桐皮汤熏洗配合手法复位治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院于2016年1月至2018年1月收治的200例桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,使用数字排列分组法分组,单数列为观察组,双数列为对照组。观察组(n=100)采取海桐皮汤熏洗配合手法复位治疗,对照组(n=100)仅采取手法复位治疗。对比分析2组桡骨远端骨折患者的腕关节功能恢复情况及并发症情况。结果观察组患者的腕关节功能恢复的优良率(93.00%)显著高于对照组(84.00%)(P<0.05);其并发症总发生率(2.00%)显著低于对照组(9.00%)(P<0.05)。结论对桡骨远端骨折患者采取海桐皮汤熏洗配合手法复位治疗,既可有效改善腕关节功能,又可减少并发症情况发生,是一种安全性高,应用价值较高的治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of the distal radius fractures with the method of fumigation with Haitongpi Decoction and manipulative reduction.Methods 200 cases of distal radius fractures treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research object,and the digital arrangement grouping method was used to group the patients.The single number was listed as the observation group and the double number was the control group.The observation group（n=100） was treated with Haitongpi Decoction fumigation combined with manual reduction,the control group（n=100） was only treated with manual reduction.The wrist joint function recovery and complications of patients with distal radius fracture in 2 groups were analyzed and compared.Results The excellent rate of recovery of wrist function in the observation group（93.00%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（84.00%）（P0.05）;the total incidence of complications（2.00%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（9.00%）（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of the patients with distal humerus fractures using Haitongpi Decoction Fumigation combined with manual reduction therapy can not only effectively improve the wrist function,It is a safe,high-value treatment plan..
