可摘式隐形矫治器与固定矫治器对牙周病患者牙周健康影响的比较研究

Comparative Study of Periodontal Health Effects of Removable Invisible Appliance and Fixed Appliance on Periodontal Disease

目的对比研究可摘式隐形矫治器与固定矫治器对牙周病患者牙周健康的影响。方法选取2015年3月至2017年5月于我院接受正畸治疗的牙周炎患者16例作为研究对象,按照随机分配原则将其分为对照组和观察组,各8例。对照组给予金属托槽矫治器,观察组给予时代天使隐形矫治,对比患者治疗过程中以及治疗结束后1个月牙周评分。结果矫治过程中,观察组GI、PLI等牙周指数均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);而矫治结束后1个月,两组GI、PLI等牙周指数无显著差异(P>0.05),但均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论相比传统的固定矫治器,可摘式隐形矫治器在治疗过程中更有利于牙周病患者的牙周健康,值得推广。

Objective To compare the effects of removable and fixed orthodontics on periodontal health in patients with periodontal disease.Methods Select in March 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital to accept orthodontic treatment in 16 patients with periodontitis as the research object,its in accordance with the principle of randomized divided into control group and observation group,8 cases of each.The control group was given the metal bracket appliance,the observation group gave the time angel stealth treatment,compared the patient＇s treatment process and the 1 month of the tooth score after the end of the treatment.Results In the correction process,the observation group GI and PLI were significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.However,there was no significant difference between the two groups of GI,PLI and other periodontal index（P0.05） after the correction,but both were significantly better than before treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Compared with the traditional fixed orthopaedic device,the removable cloaking device is better for periodontal health in patients with periodontal disease,and is worthy of promotion.
