一对一助产在顺产产妇护理中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of One-on-one Midwifery in the Delivery of Maternity Care

目的探讨一对一助产在顺产产妇护理中的应用分析。方法选取2017年1月至2017年9月我方医院收治的64例产妇。采用随机数字表法均分为两组,对照组32例产妇给予传统分娩护理方式,观察组32例产妇给予一对一助产分娩。比较两组64例产妇护理满意度以及产后出血量。结果观察组32例产妇护理满意度优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后出血量明显优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用一对一助产分娩可提高产妇满意度,相较传统分娩护理产妇痛苦感与出血量明显降低,产妇更容易接受,具有推广利用价值。

Objective To explore the application of one to one midwifery in the nursing of parturient women.Methods 64 cases of puerpera admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to September 2017 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number table.32 cases in control group were given traditional childbirth nursing,while 32 cases in the observation group were given one to one midwifery delivery.The nursing satisfaction and postpartum hemorrhage of 64 cases in two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group was better than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion One-to-one assisted childbirth can improve maternal satisfaction.Compared with traditional childbirth care,maternal pain and blood loss are significantly reduced,maternal is more easily accepted,and has the value of promotion and utilization.
