农村社区老年人2型糖尿病低血糖患者的优质护理措施分析

Analysis of Quality Nursing Measures for Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Hypoglycemia in Rural Communities

目的将优质护理用于农村社区老年人2型糖尿病低血糖患者中,对其护理结果进行分析。方法对186例农村社区老年人2型糖尿病低血糖患者分组研究,乙组实施常规护理干预,甲组在此基础上实施优质护理措施,对两组护理结果进行分析。结果甲组护理总有效率为94.62%,相比乙组76.34%明显更高,甲组护理后出现5例低血糖,相比乙组22例明显减少,甲组血糖改善情况相比乙组也更好(P<0.05)。结论优质护理措施用于农村社区老年人2型糖尿病低血糖患者中效果理想,可有效控制患者血糖水平,降低低血糖发生率,值得临床应用。

Objective High quality nursing was applied to hypoglycemic patients with type 2 diabetes in the elderly in rural communities,and their nursing results were analyzed.Methods 186 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with low blood glucose in rural communities were divided into groups.Group B was subjected to routine nursing interventions.Group A was used to implement quality nursing measures and the results of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of nursing in group A was 94.62%,which was significantly higher than that in group B（76.34%）.In group A,5 cases had hypoglycemia after nursing.Compared with group B,22 cases were significantly less,and group A had better blood glucose improvement than group B.Also better（P0.05）.Conclusion High-quality nursing measures are ideal for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes hypoglycemia in rural communities.They can effectively control blood glucose levels and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia,which is worthy of clinical application.
