老年谵妄患者照护模式的研究进展

Research progress of care model for elderly delirium patients

随着我国步入老龄化社会，谵妄作为老年住院患者中常见的一种认知功能障碍综合征引起更多的关注，它不仅发病率高，还会导致一系列的近期、远期负性临床结局。本文从老年谵妄流行病学、危险因素以及老年谵妄照护模式等方面对国外研究进展进行综述，旨在为我国医护人员在老年谵妄防治中发挥积极作用提供理论依据。

With China＇s entry into an aging society, delirium as a common cognitive impairment syndrome in elderly inpatients has attracted more attention. Not only does it have a high incidence, a series of short and long term negative clinical outcome would be also result from it. In this paper, the latest overseas study on delirium is summarized in the aspect of elderly delirium epidemiological, risk factors and elderly care model in delirium. This paper aimed to provide theoretical support for the health care workers during the prevention and treatment of the elderly delirium.
