我国老年痴呆患者疾病负担研究文献计量学分析

Disease burden in Chinese dementia patients： a bibliometric analysis

目的通过对老年痴呆患者疾病负担相关的研究文献计量分析，了解我国老年痴呆患者疾病负担的研究现状及存在的问题，为老年痴呆患者负担研究提供参考依据。方法检索CNKI、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中国科技期刊数据库中老年痴呆患者疾病负担相关的研究文献，3个数据库的检索起止时间均为建库至2017年4月30日。用文献计量法对纳入文献的主要内容和相关特征进行分析。结果本研究共纳入文献147篇，年均发文量呈上升趋势；北京发文量最多，占16．4％；86．4％的第一作者来自医院、高等院校；期刊论文最多，占83．0％，其中《中国老年学杂志》发表文献最多共8篇；文献合作度为3．21，合著率为74．8％；研究对象为照顾者的文献最多，占57．8％；10篇文献进行多维负担研究；45篇文献得到科研基金资助；被引用10次以上的文献有22篇，占15％。结论老年痴呆患者疾病负担相关的研究受到更多科研人员关注，但是总体研究质量、广度和深度需加强，提高研究的可推广性，切实减轻患者负担。

Objective To understand the current research situation and existing problems of the disease burden in dementia patients in China, so as to provide a reference for further research, through the bibliometric analysis of the research literatures on the disease burden. Methods Bibliometric analysis was conducted on the main contents and related characteristics of the literatures in VIP, CNKI and WanFang databases. The time limitation of retrieval was from the start of the database to the 30th April 2017. Bibliometrics is used to analyze the main contents and related characteristics of the literatures. Results A total of 147 articles were included in the study, and the average annual delivery volume was on the rise. Beijing had the largest number of publications, accounting for 16.4%. 86.4% of the first authors were from hospitals and universities. The number of journal articles was the largest, accounting for 83.0%, among which 8 articles were published in the Journal of Chinese Gerontology. Cooperation degree of the authors was 3.21 and coauthor rate was 74.8%. Most research objects were carcgivers, accounting for 57.8%. 10 articles were multidimensional burden study, and 45 were funded by research foundations. There were 22 articles cited more than 10 times, accounting for 15%. Conclusions The research on the burden of disease in dementia patients is increasingly concerned by researchers. However, the quality, breadth and depth of overall research needs to be strengthened to improve the popularization of research and lighten the burden of dementia patients.
