They have constituted a multi- dimensional complete system of Marxist views of people＇s livelihood. Its core concept is the transformation from the people＇s increasing material and cultural needs to the ever-growing needs of the people for a better life. After steady development in the last 60 years, especially in the last 40 years, the material and cultural needs of＂ the people have been greatly satisfied, but those needs are fully upgraded and naturally expand to the higher-end spiritual and cultural ones.
