摘要
为更好的监督新型食品添加剂的规范使用,建立了发酵乳、蜜饯、调味糖浆、糖果、复合调味料、饮料等食品中爱德万甜的液相色谱串联质谱检测方法。试验表明0.5 ng/mL~200 ng/mL的浓度范围内,爱德万甜的线性方程相关系数R^2=0.9989,线性关系良好,平均加标回收率为82.5%~102.2%,其相对偏差为2.7%~9.3%。该方法前处理简单、快速、检测结果准确度好、精密度好,可用于食品中爱德万甜的快速检测。
In order to better supervise the normative use of new food additive advantame, a method was developed for the determination of advantame in fermented milk, candied fruit, flavoring syrup, confectionery, composite seasoning and beverage by LC-MS/MS. The results showed that advantame had good linear correlations with the correlation coefficients above 0.99 (R2) in the range of 0.5 ng/mL - 200 ng/mL. The average recovery ranged from 82.5% -- 102.2%, with relative standard deviations (RSDs) from 2.7% - 9.3%. The pretreatment is simple, rapid, and has high sensitivity and repeatability. The detection method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used for rapid detection of Edwin sweet in foods.
