术中超声在乳腺良性肿瘤切除术中的应用效果分析

目的探究术中超声在乳腺良性肿瘤切除术中的应用效果。方法 100例乳腺良性肿瘤切除术患者,采取随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组行常规触诊引导下手术,观察组行超声引导下乳腺良性肿瘤切除手术治疗。观察比较两组患者术后额外治疗及健康组织切除过多情况;随访1年,对比两组术后6个月满意率及术后1年肿瘤复发情况。结果观察组患者手术后额外治疗率为6.00%,健康组织切除过多率为4.00%,均低于对照组的20.00%、18.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后6个月满意率96.00%高于对照组的80.00%,术后1年肿瘤复发率2.00%低于对照组的14.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术中超声在乳腺良性肿瘤切除术中的应用效果良好,手术效果佳,患者恢复好,满意率高,复发率低,可推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of intraoperative ultrasound in benign breast tumor resection. Methods A total of 100 patients with benign breast tumor resection were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The control group underwent conventional palpation-guided surgery, the observation group underwent ultrasound-guided benign breast tumor resection. The additional treatment and excessive excision of healthy tissue after surgery between the two groups were observed and compared, Followed up for one year, the satisfaction rate at 6 months after surgery and tumor recurrence at one year after surgery between the two groups were compared. Results The additional treatment rate after surgery and the excessive excision rate of healthy tissue in the observation group were 6.00% and 4.00% respectively, which were significantly lower than 20.00% and 18.00% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.00% at 6 months after surgery, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group, the recurrence rate of the tumor at one year after surgery in the observation group was 2.00%, which was significantly lower than 14.00% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intraoperative ultrasound in the resection of benign breast tumors has good application effect and good surgical effect, with good recovery, high satisfaction rate, low recurrence rate, it can be popularized and applied.
