Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing of senile femoral head necrosis. Methods A total of 80 senile patients with femoral head necrosis were selected as research objects, they were divided into conventional group and observation group according to black and white double color ballot drawing method, 40 cases in each group. The conventional group received conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group received clinical nursing pathway intervention. The nursing knowledge score, length of stay and nursing satisfaction score between the two groups were compared. Results The nursing knowledge score and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were(94.13± 6.71) scores and(92.16±6.88) scores respectively, which were significantly higher than(79.26±5.84) scores and(73.59±5.24) scores of the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The length of stay in the observation group was(6.23±1.08) d, which was significantly shorter than(9.52±2.14) d in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion For senile patients with femoral head necrosis, the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing is significant, can effectively shorten the patients' treatment time, and improve nursing satisfaction, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
