The investigation shows that factors affecting profits repatriation of foreign-invested enterprises are increasingly diversified, and the profit adjustment function of foreign capital pool has become increasingly obvious. Based on the investigation of profits repatriation of foreign-invested enterprises in Shandong province, the paper analyzes factors that affect ways of profits disposal and problems that should be paid attention to. On this basis, the paper puts forward ideas and suggestions of managing and guiding profits of foreign-invested enterprises in an all-round way.
