媒体呈现环境风险的影响因素研究——以12家报纸对垃圾焚烧的态度为例

Research on Factors Affecting Risk Presenting in Media:Based on Reports in 12 Newspapers on Waste Incineration

垃圾焚烧是目前正在推广的一项垃圾处理技术,因其具有一定的技术、健康及环境风险,成为媒体关注的环境议题。本文通过收集12家报纸对"垃圾焚烧"主题的报道,对数据使用OLS回归模型并在模型中使用交互分类变量,检测媒体性质和引用消息来源等因素是否会对风险呈现有影响以及分析不同因素间的调节作用。研究结果显示,媒体在呈现垃圾焚烧风险时受到信息来源、媒体性质、报道定位和引用角色的影响。

Waste incineration is currently a technology of garbage disposal being promoted. Because of its technical, health and environmental risks, it has become an environmental issue of wide media concern. By collecting reports on waste incineration in 12 newspapers, this research finds the factors that affect media presenting environmental risks with an OLS regression model and interactive classification variables in the model; detects whether factors such as the nature of media and the source of quoted messages will affect the risk and analyzes the moderating effect of different factors.
