Forty Years of China's Opening are changing the Post World War Ⅱ International Order

改革开放40年来,中国经济已经成功融入国际经济体系。随着中国的崛起,中国正在成为全球经济增长的引擎。在未来经济的一些关键领域,中国企业已经成为市场和技术的领导者。然而,欧美一些学者对中国的发展模式提出质疑,认为中国崛起对现存国际秩序构成挑战。本文认为,从中国实施开放政策以来的经济和政治发展来看,中国特色的社会主义市场经济是一个成功的政策模式,它能更好地满足中国发展的具体需求。而且,中国经济的崛起必须在国际金融体系和全球治理中有所体现。在贸易冲突日益加剧的今天,加强中国与欧盟的经济合作,特别是推进中欧投资协定谈判具有重要意义。与此同时,中国还需要表明继续开放市场的承诺,因为中国的政策对进一步发展国际经济贸易体系至关重要。

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the Chinese economy has successfully integrated into the international economic system.With the rise of China,China is becoming the engine of global economic growth.In some key areas for the economy of the future,Chinese companies already succeeded to become market and technology leader.However,some scholars in Europe and the United States question China’s development model and believe that China’s rise poses a challenge to the existing international order.This paper argues that from the perspective of economic and political development since China implemented the policy of opening up,the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics is a successful policy model that can better meet the specific needs of China’s development.Moreover,the rise of the Chinese economy must be reflected in the international financial system and global governance.Today,as trade conflicts intensify,it is of great significance to strengthen economic cooperation between China and the EU,especially to promote the negotiations for a comprehensive investment agreement between the EU and China.At the same time,China needs to demonstrate its commitment to continue to open its market,because China’s policy are crucial to the further development of the international economic and trade system.
